Hello sweet fans and supporters. I am sorry it has taken me so long to write an entry. Motherhood has been wonderful and fulfilling and completely time-consuming! I love it. Our little boy is crawling and babbling and is great to be around. He has a lot of spirit. For Halloween this year, he is vacillating between Superman, Wonderbread and a Penguin. I'm starting to catch up a little on sleep, but I find I need less than I did before I had the baby. My favorite mother products:

1. Born Free Bottles, made with safer plastic!
2. "The Baby Pouch" baby carrier: It's about 10 feet long, and it takes a while to learn how to use, but once I did, Huck LIVED in it. It was very comfy on my shoulders and distributed the weight evenly, and you can carry the baby in several different positions. The Moby Wrap looks like the same thing and may be easier to find.
3. The Halo sleep blanket. Now it comes in Organic cotton. Huck sleeps in one every night.

I just finished directing my third episode of "According to Jim," called "Ruby's First Date." The episode heavily featured our young star Taylor Atelian, and she did a fantastic job. Yes, we are back for a 7th season! We can hardly believe it. It's really neat to see pictures up around the set that have been there for 7 years and to see how much everyone's lives have changed. There is a picture of Huck on the fridge in the kitchen so it is conceivable he will make it into an episode of the show if they go tight enough into the fridge on camera.

We've been in LA for a couple of weeks for the horrible fires, and so sad to hear about all the people who lost their homes. The air was very thick for a few days and we stayed inside a lot. I'm looking forward to some fresh Tennessee air.

Happy Fall to you all. See ya soon-
Kim
